Q: Who are your tour guides?

A: Our tour guides are trained and experienced students, they are humorous, friendly and always try to do the best things for our guests, who love what they are doing and would love to show you around Hanoi city.

Q: Do the tours ever get cancelled for weather?

A: The Tour must go on! Our tours go out shinerain or shine. Dress appropriately for the conditions. If the weather is bad your guide will include as many “bad weather” indoor stops as possible. we recommend Comfortable walking shoes. However, Hanoi Etrip may cancel or postpone the tour due to extreme weather.

Q: Will my children like these tours?

A: The answer really depends on your children. But generally all of our tour guides are students, most of tham are very young and love children. Besides Our tour are designed to be suitable for people of all ages.

Q: Do you offer private tours for individual groups as well?

A: Yes we do. We have led many school, company and office groups, corporate and VIP groups, as well as many families who preferred a more intimate tour experience over the last years with us. Please contact us if you like to book us for a group tour with more than 10 people.
